Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Items must remain unused and unworn, exactly as you received them. This ensures quality for all our customers at the jewelry stores.

  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, freebies, and the original invoice must be returned. Missing any may result in rejection.

  • Your product should be free from scratches, dents, breakage, stains, or signs of wear. This maintains its value and integrity.

  • For embellished products, all stones and decorative elements must be intact and undamaged for the return to be valid.

Inspection and Approval Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our policy standards.

  • After approval, we will process a replacement, exchange, or issue store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit. Refunds are rarely issued except when legally required.

Refunds Under the Jewelry Return Policy

  • Refunds are processed for approved cases such as order cancellations before dispatch or stock unavailability. The process takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Note that shipping, COD charges, and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable in any refund case.
